Refund Policy
Overview
This Refund Policy explains how we evaluate and process refunds for purchases made through GPT Image 2.5. By using the Service, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.
Eligibility
We consider refund requests in the following scenarios:
- Duplicate charge or clearly unauthorized transaction.
- Accidental purchase reported promptly and not materially used.
- Defective delivery or content not as described.
- Subscription auto‑renewal within 7 days with no material usage.
Change‑of‑mind after successful delivery is generally not refundable unless required by law. AI Output quality or preferences alone do not constitute a defect.
Subscriptions
- For unintended renewals, request a refund within 7 days if not materially used.
- Partially used periods may be prorated at our discretion and subject to legal requirements.
One‑Time Purchases
- Digital goods are typically non‑refundable after delivery.
- If delivery is defective or not as described, submit evidence and we will investigate.
Payment Processing
Payments are handled by third‑party processors. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; timelines depend on the provider.
How to Apply
Submit the Refund Application including:
- Order number
- Registered email address
- Reason for refund
- Evidence or screenshots (if any)
You can also email support@gpt-image.me.
Review and Timing
- We respond within 5–7 business days.
- Additional verification may be required to prevent fraud.
Exceptions
- Promotional credits, trial bonuses, and gift codes have no cash redemption value. Paid credits and payment refunds are assessed under the purchase rules above and applicable law.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting.

First Purchases, Renewals and Upgrades
For a first subscription purchase, you may request a review within 3 days of payment if the allocation has not been materially used. For an unintended automatic renewal, contact us within 7 days of that renewal if the renewed period has not been materially used. These are request windows, not unconditional money-back guarantees. Buying an additional independent subscription creates a separate recurring purchase; a paid upgrade is assessed as a plan-change transaction, not as an unused credit pack. Canceling a subscription alone does not submit a refund request.
Statutory Rights and Fair Review
Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal or remedies for defective digital services, take precedence over the discretionary criteria above. Purchased credit packs are generally not refundable after proper delivery and use, but this does not exclude legally required refunds, mistaken charges, or a failure to deliver what was purchased. Filing a payment dispute does not remove non-waivable statutory rights. A refund decision and any adjustment to credits or subscription entitlements are handled together to avoid duplicate benefits.
