How does annual billing work?

Annual plans are billed once for the full year with a 10% discount. The full annual credit allowance is granted immediately after payment and remains valid through the current annual subscription period.

Do purchased credits expire?

No. Extra credits purchased from the Credits page do not expire. Credits with an earlier expiration date are consumed first, so subscription credits are normally used before permanent purchased credits.

Who can buy subscriber-exclusive credit packs?

Any account with an active paid subscription can unlock subscriber-exclusive bulk credit packs. Buying a regular credit pack by itself does not qualify as a subscription.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription benefits remain available through the active paid period according to your billing status. Purchased credits remain on your account and do not expire.
