Rules for using GPT Image 2.5 services and AI features

Introduction

GPT Image 2.5 is an independent product and is not affiliated with Google or other AI model providers. By accessing or using our website, widgets, or APIs (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Definitions

  • “Service” means our website, widgets, and APIs.
  • “User Content” means any content you upload, submit, or generate using the Service.
  • “AI Output” means any text, image, or asset generated by AI models through the Service.

Accounts and Access

  • You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.
  • You are responsible for activities under your account. Notify us of unauthorized access.
  • We may suspend or restrict access to protect the Service and users.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or infringe rights.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to circumvent security.
  • Misrepresent AI Output as human‑created when disclosure is required by law.
  • Use the Service to create or distribute harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content.

AI Output and Accuracy

  • AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for certain uses. Review before relying on it.
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance when using AI Output (including intellectual property and privacy).
  • Where permitted, you own the rights in User Content you provide and the AI Outputs you generate, subject to model or third‑party terms.

Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including software, design, and content, is owned by GPT Image 2.5 or its licensors.
  • You retain rights to your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it to provide the Service.

Third‑Party Services

  • We integrate third‑party AI model providers, hosting, analytics, and payment processors. Their terms may apply.
  • Card data is handled by payment processors and is not stored by GPT Image 2.5.

Payments and Billing

  • Prices and plans may change. We will provide notice where required.
  • You authorize charges to your selected payment method.
  • For refunds, see our Refund Policy and submit a Refund Application.

Privacy

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, harm the Service or others, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability).

Disclaimers

The Service and AI Output are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPT Image 2.5 and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPT Image 2.5, its affiliates, and personnel from claims, damages, and costs arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing law depends on your locality and mandatory consumer protections.
  • Where applicable, disputes will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, binding arbitration or courts with proper jurisdiction.

Regional Rights (EU/UK)

Consumers in the EU/UK may have additional statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

Credits, Recurring Billing and Plan Changes

Subscriptions renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Canceling stops future renewal charges; it does not by itself refund a completed payment. Subscription credits are linked to their billing period; unused credits may expire rather than roll over. Separately purchased credit packs do not expire, while promotional or reward credits may have stated deadlines.

Where an upgrade option is available, the checkout shows the difference payable between eligible plans and the additional credits granted. An upgrade is not a new one-time credit pack, and coupons cannot be combined with upgrade payments. Separate subscriptions, if purchased, are billed and renewed independently. Review the final checkout summary before confirming.

Generations, Charges and Errors

Credit costs depend on the model and selected generation parameters and are displayed in the interface before submission. AI outputs vary, and generation or provider requests may fail. Failed or uncertain submissions are reviewed and reconciled according to the task status; a refund of generation credits is not the same as a refund of the original payment. Contact support with the task ID if a charge appears incorrect.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory consumer, privacy, or payment-dispute rights under applicable law. For payment refunds, see the Refund Policy and Refund Application.
